We also erase any personal data remaining on the device, although you should always back up and remove your data before sending it to us.
If your iPhone matches the condition you described, we’ll process your quoted payment. If our checks reveal any differences that affect its value, we’ll contact you with a revised offer. You’ll have seven days to decline it and request your phone’s return; otherwise, the revised offer will be treated as accepted.
Once the selling process is complete, we assess whether your iPhone can be refurbished for another owner or used for parts to repair other devices. If neither is possible, we send it to an accredited recycling partner for responsible processing and material recovery.
